Greetings from the Conservative Heartland of Mexico

Here's something Tourism Office doesn't emphasize nearly enough: In the state of Querétaro kidnapping and sexually abusing a minor is a misdemeanor, not a felony. We're not sure exactly what the current penalty is, but one of the feminazis in the state Congress is trying to increase it to six years...and up to 10 if the victim is discapacitado. So the punishment for kidnapping and raping a handicapped child in the state of Querétaro is, for the moment at least, a good deal less than 10 years in jail.

And - we shit you not - prison time is waived altogether if you agree to marry the kid.
