Trust Me

Finally, a blue-ribbon commission is assembled:

MEXICO CITY — Antitrust regulators are investigating Mexico's fixed-line telephone service, dominated by a company under the control of billionaire Carlos Slim.

Mexico's Federal Competition Commission is beginning four different investigations to evaluate current "conditions for effective competition" ...

Slim's Telefonos de Mexico SAB de CV controls more than 90 percent of Mexico's fixed-line telephone service, with about 18.2 million lines in service.

Rhetorical question: If "one guy controls 90% of the market" is the starting point, what, exactly, needs to be "investigated"?
