Safety First

When you put an extension ladder on top of a rickety scaffold set up on a busy downtown street with a sidewalk open to pedestrians, you should always have someone holding on to the bottom of the ladder. That way, nothing can go wrong.

A good one for OSHA in el Norte. Reminds me of entering New Delhi International Airport with workmen welding metal pipes above the entrance. Sunglasses for the eyes, manila ropes around the waist, bare feet, and absolutely nothing to keep one from getting hit by falling slag from the welding. Of course it's perhaps preferable to getting hit by falling humans on ladders.....
