Actually, they will anyway.
Closing fetid garbage dumps is a good thing. But that leaves a lot of hungry, probably rabid dogs prowling the streets, which is a bad thing. So the dogs have to be rounded up, which is a good thing. But then, as is scheduled to happen in Huixquilucan tomorrow, they are executed by the hundreds, which is a very bad thing.
The dogs receive an electric shock of 120 watts, with two cables that are placed at the base of his neck and tail, which causes respiratory arrest.
Lethal injection is more expensive and therefore only applied to the puppies, "straight to the heart," said the specialist.
At least they spare no expense on the puppies.

Dear God!!!!
Electrocution is NOT instantaneous! It's NOT painless! It's cruel and barbaric!!!!
It just shows the blatant disreguard for animals in Mexico.

And you know that "at the base of his neck and tail" really means down his throat and in his buthole.
If the electricity in Huixquilucan is as spotty as it's been in Queretaro lately, each execution should take about five minutes.
A society that mistreats animals is a society capable of mistreating human beings, as well. Mexico is a tragic case in point. Without equal protection for all, you end up with equal protection for just a few, and let the others survive as they can.
I couldn't have said it better! Between bullfights, horse slaughter and now dog slaughter, Mexico needs to clean up it's act!

...and become just like America, where all animals die of old age, attended to by a nurse and a hospice care worker.
Just like people.
