A Heartfelt Salute

BGen, US Army (Ret.) William P. Koughan, 15 June 1916 - 26 Sept. 2010

As far as we're aware, the General never made it to Mexico...though he did send this envoy in his place.

Which isn't to say he didn't spend a lot of time overseas, back in the day.

Farewell, Sir....

Gosh, why do I have the feeling this is very complicated for you. Very sorry. I have been there. Sending you best vibes Frank.

If I'm not wrong, he has the same lastname as you. And after seeing these couple of comments, mi más sentido pésame. He's going to be fine up there after meeting JP2.

My deepest condolences bro.

Strange, as I always thought he had ridden with Villa. Either way, he was one of a kind.

All our best amigo.

Not yet, but we'll link to it as soon as one's published.

Thanks for all the well-wishes.

My condolences as well. With all due respect, I've been struggling to figure out the exact relationship....grandfather?

Yes. (The guy on the right, I mean. Not the pope.)
