Caught sight of the Kimchi Taco truck around the corner from our Audio/Visual Division's headquarters today.
We didn't sample the fare because 10AM is too early for kimchi or tacos individually, let alone in concert. But we're thinking we're just the people to bring this idea to Querétaro.

Please explain what exactly is a kimche taco. I have visions of cat on a stick wrapped up in a tortilla.
Tried these tacos in LA where they are very popular. Came in a choice of colored tortillas determined by which filling is selected -- green, red, or normal "yellow" tortilla. Korean style barbecued pork with spicy kimchi, a blast of Sriracha hot sauce and some shredded cabbage -- mmmm a truly great taco. I think many Mexicans would enjoy them, too! Mexico has green tortillas, too - made with spinach, or nopal.
I hope none of that gets fed to Sr Pug!
As the guy who cleans up after him, I can assure you that the boy will never taste a kimchi taco on my watch.
By chance were you in Yankee Stadium to see the three Grand Slams yesterday? Even a Bosox fan has to admire that.
There's always Mutt Mitts
