Learning Curve

We've probably seen fewer than ten people riding bikes here in the past half-decade. But as part of the government's "Let's Spend All Our Money!" initiative, the city's first-ever bike lane has been installed along Av. Universidad.

As you can see, they're still getting the hang of it.
