In honor of the Dickens Bicentennial, the students of Querétaro's Charles Dickens school dance the Cha-Cha Slide. We have no idea at all what Dickens would have made of this.
"We gonna git funky!" indeed.

Perhaps you could slip some inspiration for this to the school across the street...every minute spent dancing is a minute less practicing the national anthem.
The one across the street has a much, much better sound system. The last thing I want to hear is the Cha Cha Slide pumping through that.
By better, I'm assuming you mean more distorted volume.....
The curriculum in Mexico is based 100% on dancing abilities, playing the recorder, and singing the Himno Nacional Mexicano. I got to teach snippets of English in between these 3 core classes.
This is the worst performance of the Cha Cha Slide I have ever witnessed. That's not to say that there are good versions, but this is well below mediocre. I suppose the lack of American Legion Hall wedding receptions in Queretaro is to blame.
Why not don't they teach the "Hokey Pokey"
