Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, Indeed

Querétaro is currently hosting Photofest 2012, which, as far as we can tell, means there's a bunch of pictures from National Geographic on display in a tent in the middle of town.  But we were excited when we saw that there would be a lecture from New York Times photojournalist Ashley Gilberton, whose book Whiskey Tango Foxtrot won the Burro Hall award for Greatest Title of Any Book On the Iraq War, Ever a few years back.  This advertisement below, which says that he would be at the Teatro de la República on Feb. 17, 2012, at 6pm, mistakenly led us to believe that he would be at the Teatro de la República on Feb. 17, 2012, at 6pm.  Of course the Teatro was closed and locked and there were no signs or explanations anywhere, aside from the fact that it's Querétaro and that's the way shit works here.
