Another Day, Another Tank Full of Gas Capable of Killing Everyone It Comes In Contact With Goes Missing

Hey, you know what would make Querétaro a better place to live?  If people would stop stealing tanks of deadly chlorine gas!  Really - then we wouldn't keep opening up the newspaper to read articles about how a tank full of gas capable of killing everyone it comes in contact with is missing.  Again!  It seems that the CEA - the state water company - just leaves this stuff lying around where any old thief can come by and snatch it. (This latest robbery netted, in addition to the tank full of gas capable of killing everyone it comes in contact with, "some cables and tools.")  According to the news reports, "15 stolen tanks have been found in the last three years," which really ought to win some sort of award for positive coverage.  Don't you think the number of stolen tanks not found would be a lot more interesting to your readers?  Does that number include the 14 tanks that were stolen four years ago?

Given how much money this state lavishes on security (oh, look, we just bought more machine guns!), could we possibly maybe build a special cinderblock warehouse for the tanks full of gas capable of killing everyone it comes in contact with, a hire a couple of guys to keep an eye on it?  Maybe even a chain link fence around it or something.
